Client’s Requirement

The client sought to create a comprehensive end-to-end solution for restaurant management that would enhance the dining experience and streamline operations. Their vision included a customer-facing mobile application that allowed diners to scan a QR code at their table, view the menu, place orders, and make payments from their device. The solution also included dashboards for the restaurant, kitchen, and waitstaff, and a waiter app for real-time order tracking. With table booking and a streamlined ordering process, the application aimed to reduce manual workload, improve kitchen management, and bring tech-forward efficiency to restaurant workflows.

What I did

To develop this comprehensive restaurant management solution, I began by understanding the client’s detailed vision and business goals.
