Client’s Requirement

Build Swipe from the ground up as a mobile-first payment aggregator platform designed for small and growing merchants. The product needed to make everyday business operations such as accepting payments, managing customers, subscriptions, products, promotions, loans, taxes, teams, and reporting simple and accessible. The experience had to feel approachable and trustworthy without the complexity typically associated with financial software.

What I did

We designed Swipe from scratch across its mobile app, merchant dashboard, and digital product ecosystem, starting with the information architecture, user flows, interaction patterns, and design system. We focused on simplifying complex financial workflows into intuitive, mobile-first experiences for small merchants, covering payments, POS and QR Cashout, payment links, customers, products, subscriptions, offers, loans, tax and compliance, teams, reporting, and business operations. Every experience was designed around fast actions, clear information, and minimal friction, creating a cohesive fintech product that remains simple for small businesses while supporting their growth.
